Something that stuck with me was: at the end of the trip, Art Rorheim, the founder of Awana, came and talked to us. During his talk he said, "You can't be satisified with living for yourself." Those are powerful words to someone coming back to a very "self" oriented life. After seeing what Christ has done for each of us we cannot be satisfied with living for ourselves. We simply can't. Jesus said, "he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it." Matt. 10:38-39
